I'm working on:

Finishing out my first year at Seanome as a computational biology intern, building infrastructure for what aims to be the world's most accurate protein annotator. Alongside that, grinding through Stanford's Algorithms Specialization and keeping up with coursework in my Applied Data Science MS at UMich, which just passed the halfway point. Currently my predominant concern is summer internship applications, which can be its own part time job.

Thinking about

How much of scientific communication is a design problem. Specifically, how to build systems that will help people in molecular biology, who are hard to serve due to the highly varied nature of wet lab work.

Raising Raja, a one year old whippet puppy who is has entered his 'push every boundary, sleepy velociraptor' phase. It's going.... great ❤️.
